I’ve now called 24 times to try to make an appointment and most of the time it’s an answering machine with a message that states they’ll call back in 24 hours. One full week calling and I have yet to receive a call. I went by but the person that makes appointments wasn’t there. I’ve had the primary doctor fax over MRI results twice was asked to have them sent again!! This was calling at the Downey office, tried Long Beach and Whittier with the same results.

They only have one person scheduling new patient appointments !

I’ve been going to see them for many years and have had 4 major back surgeries. They listened to what I was saying and took the time to explain my questions and have seen me in some of my worst pain and now I’m more mobile than I expected. I mostly see James Hager.

Attention to the highlighted area stating the people that are exempt from requirements to wear a Mask. I Have severe Respiratory Issues, COPD. and a Note Hand written by my doctor. with letterhead. How embarrassing it is to be denied service, and treated like my condition doesn’t matter. Dr. Valdez stated its a “Curtesy” to wear a mask, But, then denied service when I declined to wear the mask. Here is a Ca.Gov link stating im not required to wear a mask.
